Article Abstract Introduction: Fetal intracranial tumors represent only 10% of all antenatal tumors; teratoma being the most common accounting for approximately half of all reported cases followed by astrocytoma, lipoma, choroid plexus papilloma, craniopharyngioma, and primitive neuroectodermal tumor.
